Bu belge, Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2 ve Google Play abonelik politikasının satın alma öncesinde açıkça gösterilmesini zorunlu kıldığı bilgileri içerir. Uygulama içi satın alma ekranından da erişilebilir olmalıdır.
Abonelik neyi kapsar
JOLTX PRO, ücretsiz sürümün sınırlarını kaldırır:

Güncel fiyatlar uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Fiyatlar ülkeye göre değişir ve doğrudan App Store / Google Play'den canlı olarak okunur; bu belgede sabit bir fiyat yazmıyoruz çünkü mağaza fiyatı her zaman geçerli olandır.
Ödeme
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında App Store veya Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Kart bilgilerini biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Tüm ödeme işlemi Apple veya Google tarafından yürütülür.
- Fiyatlar KDV dâhildir.
Otomatik yenileme
Abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir.
- Ücret, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Yenileme, iptal edene kadar devam eder.
İptal
İptal uygulama içinden değil, cihazının mağaza ayarlarından yapılır:
iPhone / iPad Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler → JOLTX → Aboneliği İptal Et
Android Google Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → JOLTX → Aboneliği iptal et
İptal ettiğinde PRO erişimin ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder; anında kesilmez. Süre dolduğunda hesabın otomatik olarak ücretsiz sürüme döner — antrenman geçmişin, istatistiklerin ve J-Coin'in silinmez.
Uygulamada hesabını silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez. İkisi ayrı işlemdir. Ücretlendirmenin durması için aboneliği mağazadan da iptal etmelisin.
Ücretsiz deneme
Bir ücretsiz deneme sunulursa satın alma ekranında süresi açıkça belirtilir.
- Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen, deneme otomatik olarak ücretli aboneliğe döner ve ilk ücret tahsil edilir.
- Denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı, ücretli bir aboneliği erken satın aldığında kaybolur (Apple'ın kuralı).
- Her kullanıcı, her abonelik grubu için deneme hakkını yalnızca bir kez kullanabilir.
İade
Satın almayı Apple veya Google gerçekleştirir; iade talepleri de onlara yapılır.

- Google: Play Store → Sipariş geçmişi → İade talep et
Vernafy Studio'nun doğrudan iade yapma yetkisi yoktur. Türkiye'de tüketici olarak sahip olduğun cayma ve iade hakları saklıdır; bu haklarını kullanmak için de başvuru mercii ilgili mağazadır.
Satın alımları geri yükleme
Cihaz değiştirdiğinde veya uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda aboneliğin kaybolmaz. Aynı Apple ID veya Google hesabıyla giriş yap ve satın alma ekranındaki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" düğmesine bas.
Fiyat değişiklikleri
Fiyatları değiştirebiliriz. Mevcut bir aboneliğin fiyatı artarsa:
- Apple ve Google seni önceden bilgilendirir
- Yeni fiyat, çoğu durumda senin onayın olmadan uygulanmaz
- Onaylamazsan aboneliğin dönem sonunda yenilenmez
Fiyat indirimlerinde ek bir işlem gerekmez.
Uygulama içi J-Coin ve sanal ürünler
PRO aboneliği ile karıştırılmamalıdır. J-Coin gerçek parayla satın alınamaz; yalnızca egzersiz yaparak kazanılır. Nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez ve iade edilemez. Ayrıntılar için Kullanım Koşulları § 5.

What the subscription includes
JOLTX PRO removes the limits of the free tier:

Current prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen. Prices vary by country and are read live from the App Store or Google Play; we do not print a fixed price here because the store price is always the one that applies.
Payment
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
- Prices include applicable VAT.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically.
- A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You are charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Renewal continues until you cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel in your device's store settings, not in the App:
iPhone / iPad Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → JOLTX → Cancel Subscription
Android Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → JOLTX → Cancel
After cancelling, PRO access continues until the end of the period you paid for; it is not cut off immediately. When it expires your account returns to the free tier — your workout history, statistics and J-Coin are not deleted.
Deleting your account in the App does not cancel your subscription. They are separate actions. To stop being charged you must also cancel in the store.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, its length is stated clearly on the purchase screen.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid subscription and the first charge is taken.
- Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited if you purchase a paid subscription early (Apple's rule).
- Each user may use a trial once per subscription group.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and refund requests go to them.

- Google: Play Store → Order history → Request a refund
Vernafy Studio cannot issue refunds directly. Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, are unaffected — but they are exercised through the relevant store.
Restoring purchases
Your subscription is not lost when you change device or reinstall. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and tap "Restore Purchases" on the purchase screen.
Price changes
We may change prices. If the price of an active subscription increases:
- Apple and Google will notify you in advance
- in most cases the new price does not take effect without your consent
- if you do not consent, the subscription will not renew at the end of the period
No action is needed for price decreases.
In-app J-Coin and virtual items
Not to be confused with the PRO subscription. J-Coin cannot be purchased with real money; it is earned only by exercising. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded. See Terms of Service § 5.
