Bu politika, JOLTX mobil uygulamasının (com.joltx) hangi verileri topladığını,
neden topladığını, kimlerle paylaştığını ve senin bunlar üzerindeki haklarını
açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği
Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.
1. Özet
- Seni takip etmiyoruz. Reklam yok, reklam kimliği yok, üçüncü taraf reklam ağı yok, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için veri satışı yok.
- Sağlık verilerin bize gönderilmez. Apple Health / Health Connect'ten okunan veriler cihazında işlenir. Sunucuya yalnızca senin uygulamada oluşturduğun antrenman kayıtları ve profil bilgilerin gider.
- Hesabını uygulamadan kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil.
- Verilerin şifreli saklanır. Cihazda MMKV şifreleme (anahtar iOS Keychain / Android Keystore'da), aktarımda TLS, sunucuda satır düzeyi güvenlik (RLS).
2. Topladığımız veriler

Apple ile Giriş kullanırsan ve e-postanı gizlemeyi seçersen, bize Apple'ın ürettiği yönlendirme adresi ulaşır; gerçek e-postanı görmeyiz.

Hukuki dayanak: Açık rızan (KVKK m.6/3, GDPR m.9/2-a). Sağlıkla ilgili veriler özel nitelikli kişisel veridir; bu izinleri istediğin an cihazının sistem ayarlarından geri alabilirsin.
2.3 Sağlık platformu entegrasyonları
Apple Health (iOS) ve Health Connect (Android) üzerinden, senin açıkça izin verdiğin ölçüde şunları okuruz: adım, mesafe, egzersiz, aktif kalori, bazal metabolizma, kalp atış hızı, dinlenme nabzı, kalp atış hızı değişkenliği, uyku, boy, kilo, vücut yağı, kas kütlesi, kemik kütlesi, vücut suyu.
Apple Health'e ayrıca tamamladığın antrenmanları, koşu mesafeni, kalorini ve adımlarını yazarız — böylece kayıtların diğer uygulamalarınla senkron kalır.
Apple Health verisi hiçbir koşulda sunucularımıza, analitiğe, reklama veya üçüncü taraflara aktarılmaz. Apple'ın HealthKit kuralları bunu yasaklar ve biz de buna uyarız.
Bu izinleri iOS'ta Ayarlar → Sağlık → Veri Erişimi ve Cihazlar → JOLTX, Android'de Sağlık Bağlantısı → Uygulama izinleri üzerinden kaldırabilirsin.

JOLTX'te harita yoktur ve GPS konumun hiçbir zaman kaydedilmez. Koşu özelliği kurgusal dünyalarda geçer ve mesafeyi adım/hareket sensöründen hesaplar.
2.5 Oyunlaştırma ve sosyal veriler
Seviye, XP, J-Coin bakiyesi, seri, rozet, envanter, görev ilerlemesi ve liderlik tablosu sıralaman hesabınla ilişkili olarak saklanır. Arkadaş eklersen, arkadaşın kullanıcı adını, seviyeni, sıralamanı ve paylaştığın aktiviteleri görür — vücut ölçümlerini, kilonu, yaşını veya e-postanı görmez.
2.6 Satın alma verileri
Abonelik durumun, planın ve yenileme tarihin saklanır. Kart bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz veya saklamayız — ödeme tamamen Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir.
2.7 Teknik ve hata verileri
Uygulama çöktüğünde Sentry'ye bir hata raporu gönderilir: cihaz modeli, işletim
sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve hatanın oluştuğu kod yolu. Kişisel veri
gönderimi kapalıdır (sendDefaultPii: false) ve rapor gönderilmeden önce bir
temizleme adımından geçer. Geliştirme sürümlerinde hiç rapor gönderilmez.
Hukuki dayanak: Meşru menfaat — uygulamanın çalışır durumda kalması (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f).
3. Toplamadığımız veriler
Açık olalım. JOLTX şunları toplamaz:
- GPS konumu veya konum geçmişi
- Reklam kimliği (IDFA / GAID)
- Rehber, fotoğraf galerisi, mikrofon, kamera
- Tarama geçmişi veya diğer uygulamalardaki davranışın
- Ödeme kartı bilgileri
- Cihazındaki dosyalar
Ve JOLTX hiçbir veriyi satmaz, kiralamaz veya reklam amacıyla paylaşmaz.
4. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
Yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla:

Bu sağlayıcılar verilerini yalnızca bizim adımıza ve talimatımızla işler; kendi amaçları için kullanamaz.
Yurt dışına aktarım: Supabase, Sentry ve RevenueCat sunucuları Türkiye dışında bulunur. KVKK m.9 kapsamında bu aktarıma hesap oluştururken verdiğin açık rıza ile dayanılmaktadır. AB kullanıcıları için aktarım Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCC) ile korunur.
Ayrıca yasal zorunluluk hâlinde (mahkeme kararı, resmî talep) veriyi paylaşmak zorunda kalabiliriz.
5. Saklama süresi

18 ay boyunca hiç giriş yapılmayan hesaplar, 30 gün önceden e-posta ile bilgilendirilerek silinebilir.
6. Hakların
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15–22 uyarınca şu haklara sahipsin:
- Öğrenme ve erişim — hangi verilerinin işlendiğini öğrenme ve bir kopyasını isteme
- Düzeltme — yanlış veya eksik veriyi düzelttirme
- Silme — verilerinin silinmesini isteme
- İşlemeyi kısıtlama ve itiraz — belirli işlemelere itiraz etme
- Taşınabilirlik — verilerini yapılandırılmış bir formatta alma
- Rızayı geri çekme — sağlık verisi izinlerini istediğin an kaldırma
- Şikâyet — Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) veya AB'deysen kendi ülkendeki denetim otoritesine başvurma
Silme en hızlı yol: Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil. Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve profilini, antrenmanlarını, istatistiklerini, envanterini ve arkadaşlıklarını anında siler.
Diğer talepler için info@vernafystudio.com adresine yaz. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
7. Güvenlik
- Cihazda: MMKV veritabanı şifrelidir; şifreleme anahtarı iOS Keychain veya Android Keystore'da donanım destekli olarak saklanır
- Aktarımda: tüm bağlantılar TLS ile şifrelenir
- Sunucuda: her tablo satır düzeyi güvenlik (RLS) ile korunur — bir kullanıcı yalnızca kendi satırlarını okuyabilir; oturum açmamış istemciler hiçbir kişisel veriye erişemez
- Yazma işlemleri doğrudan tabloya değil, yetkisi kısıtlanmış saklı yordamlar (RPC) üzerinden yapılır
Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir. Verilerini etkileyen bir ihlal yaşanırsa, KVKK ve GDPR'ın gerektirdiği şekilde 72 saat içinde yetkili otoriteye ve etkilenen kullanıcılara bildiririz.
8. Çocukların gizliliği
JOLTX 16 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Bilerek 16 yaş altından veri toplamayız. Çocuğunuzun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız info@vernafystudio.com adresine yazın; hesabı derhâl sileriz.
9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Politikayı güncellersek yeni sürümü bu adreste yayımlar ve tarihini değiştiririz. Verilerin nasıl işlendiğini esaslı biçimde değiştiren bir güncelleme olursa, uygulama içi bildirimle haber veririz ve gerekiyorsa yeniden rıza isteriz.

This policy explains what data the JOLTX mobile app (com.joltx) collects, why it
collects it, who it is shared with, and what rights you have. It is written to meet
the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data
Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Summary
- We do not track you. No ads, no advertising identifier, no third-party ad network, no sale of data.
- Your health data is not sent to us. Data read from Apple Health and Health Connect is processed on your device. Only the workouts you log in the app and your profile reach our servers.
- You can delete your account permanently from inside the app. Settings → Delete Account.
- Your data is encrypted. Encrypted MMKV storage on device (key held in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), TLS in transit, row-level security on the server.
2. What we collect
2.1 Account data

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive Apple's relay address and never see your real one.
2.2 Fitness and body data

Legal basis: Your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)). Health-related data is a special category of personal data. You can withdraw these permissions at any time in your device's system settings.
2.3 Health platform integrations
With your explicit permission, we read the following from Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android): steps, distance, exercise, active energy, basal metabolic rate, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, height, weight, body fat, lean body mass, bone mass, body water.
We also write your completed workouts, running distance, active energy and steps back to Apple Health so your records stay in sync with your other apps.
Apple Health data is never transmitted to our servers, to analytics, to advertising, or to any third party under any circumstances. Apple's HealthKit rules prohibit this and we comply.
Revoke access at Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → JOLTX on iOS, or Health Connect → App permissions on Android.
2.4 Device permissions

JOLTX contains no map and never records your GPS location. The running feature takes place in fictional worlds and derives distance from the step/motion sensor.
2.5 Gamification and social data
Your level, XP, J-Coin balance, streak, badges, inventory, quest progress and leaderboard rank are stored against your account. If you add friends, they can see your username, level, rank and the activities you share — they cannot see your body measurements, weight, age or email address.
2.6 Purchase data
We store your subscription status, plan and renewal date. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2.7 Technical and crash data
When the app crashes, a report is sent to Sentry containing the device model, OS
version, app version and the code path where the error occurred. Personal
information reporting is disabled (sendDefaultPii: false) and reports pass through
a scrubbing step before being sent. Development builds send nothing.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in keeping the app working (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. What we do not collect
To be explicit, JOLTX does not collect:
- GPS location or location history
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
- Contacts, photo library, microphone, camera
- Browsing history or your behaviour in other apps
- Payment card details
- Files on your device
And JOLTX never sells, rents or shares any data for advertising.
4. Who we share data with
Only the service providers the app needs to function:

These providers process data only on our behalf and on our instructions; they may not use it for their own purposes.
International transfers: Supabase, Sentry and RevenueCat servers are located outside Turkey and may be outside the EEA. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses; under KVKK Art. 9 they rely on the explicit consent you give when creating an account.
We may also disclose data where legally required (court order, official request).
5. Retention

Accounts with no sign-in for 18 months may be deleted after 30 days' notice by email.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR Arts. 15–22 and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:
- Access — learn what data we hold and receive a copy
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — have your data deleted
- Restriction and objection — object to specific processing
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Withdraw consent — revoke health data permissions at any time
- Complain — to your national supervisory authority, or in Turkey to the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr)
Deletion is fastest in the app: Settings → Delete Account. This cannot be undone and immediately removes your profile, workouts, statistics, inventory and friendships.
For anything else write to info@vernafystudio.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
- On device: the MMKV store is encrypted, with the key held in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore using hardware backing where available
- In transit: all connections use TLS
- On the server: every table is protected by row-level security — a user can read only their own rows, and unauthenticated clients can reach no personal data at all
- Writes go through permission-restricted stored procedures rather than direct table access
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected users within 72 hours, as GDPR and KVKK require.
8. Children's privacy
JOLTX is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe your child has given us data, write to info@vernafystudio.com and we will delete the account immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will publish the new version at this address and change the date. If a change materially affects how your data is processed, we will tell you in the app and, where required, ask for consent again.
